The Hot Tub Hiring Process
What you will need to hire a hot tub
A reasonably flat surface of approximately 2m by 2m, we can install our hot tubs on grass, patio, decking or any other similar surfaces.
A power supply within 6m of where the hot tub will be set up.
A Water supply within 25m of where the hot tub will be set up.
What to expect on the setup?
Once you have made a booking on our website or booked over the phone, we will contact you the day before the hire to arrange a two-hour setup window. We are usually very flexible with setup times so just let us know what time best suits you. We usually set up the hot tub the day before you would like to use it to give it enough time to heat up. However, this is not always the case.
During the hot tub installation
The hot tub takes us around 45 minutes to setup. Once we have setup your hot tub, we will then show you how to use the pump and how to change the filter.
If we fill up the hot tub with cold water, it will be ready to use the day after the setup. If we fill up the hot tub with warm water, it will be ready to use on the same day. We are always on call during the hire incase you have any questions.
During the collection
The hot tub takes around 45 minutes to clean and deflate. Once we have collected the hot tub we always ensure we leave the area how we found it

Before we arrive
Once you have made a booking, we will contact you the day before we setup the hot tub to arrange a two-hour delivery time slot.
When we arrive
When we arrive, one of our friendly staff will set up your hot tub. The setup usually takes around 45 minutes. Once we have completed the setup, we will give you a thorough run through of the hot tub functions so that you are left feeling confident with the use of the equipment.
During the hire
Our hot tubs are really easy to use, so all you need to do is sit back and enjoy. Our friendly team is on always on call during your hire to help with any issues.
Collection
On the day before your hot tub is due to be collected, we will contact you to arrange a two-hour collection slot. The collection takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Our friendly staff will ensure the area is left clean and tidy.
