The water supply needs to be within approximately 25m of where the hot tub will be based. We will bring a hose with us when we do the setup. The plug socket needs to be within approximately 20m of where the hot tub will be based. We will bring an extension lead with us when we do the setup.
All our hot tubs have a cover to go over the top of the hot tub, this keeps the heat in and keeps anything out that should not be in there. If you would like a shelter over the top of the hot tub, we recommend that you add a gazebo into your hire package.
Our hot tubs heat up to a soothing 40oC. You can easily adjust the temperature on the control panel.
If the hot tub is filled with cold water, it takes approximately 12 hours to heat up. However, this can vary slightly depending on the ambient temperature around the hot tub. If the hot tub is filled with warm water, it may well be ready to use right away.

We empty the hot tub using a submersible pump. We can pump the water out to anywhere within approximately 10m of where you hot tub is located.
The setup takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour depending on how strong you hose is. The collection of the hot tub takes 30 to 45 minutes.
